A stunning and effortless charcuterie board featuring fall fruits, creamy cheeses, and salty meats, perfect for a cozy Friendsgiving gathering. This board comes together in under 20 minutes and is designed to encourage mingling and sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 6 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces Manchego cheese
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Genoa salami, sliced into bite-sized rounds
  • 4 ounces Soppressata, sliced (optional)
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp or Fuji apples
  • 2 medium Bartlett or Bosc pears
  • 1 cup Dried figs or dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts)
  • 1 box Crackers (buttery and water crackers)
  • 1 Baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with the bowls. Place small bowls for honey, nuts, and pomegranate seeds on the board in a triangle pattern.
  2. Add the cheeses. Place brie, cheddar, and manchego in different spots around the bowls. Cut hard cheeses into slices or cubes; leave brie whole or cut into wedges. (Take cheeses out of fridge 30 minutes before serving.)
  3. Fold the meats. Fold prosciutto into loose ribbons or rosettes. Fold salami and soppressata in half and arrange in piles. Place prosciutto on one side and salami on the other.
  4. Arrange the fruit. Slice apples and pears just before serving (toss with lemon juice if prepping ahead). Fan slices out in lines or clusters. Scatter dried figs and pomegranate seeds around the board.
  5. Fill the gaps with crackers and bread. Tuck crackers and baguette slices into every empty space, creating ‘cracker nests’ near each cheese.
  6. Drizzle and garnish. Just before serving, drizzle honey over brie and some apple slices. Sprinkle fresh rosemary sprigs around the board.
  7. Serve immediately. Place board in center of table with extra cheese knives and small plates.

Notes

Slice apples and pears just before serving to prevent browning. For make-ahead, prep cheeses and meats separately and assemble 30 minutes before serving. For a warm variation, bake brie with honey and walnuts at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Leftover cheese and meat can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
