A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring a creamy peanut butter filling and a crunchy Oreo cookie crust, perfect for last-minute parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (about 1 ½ cups crushed)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (smooth)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and smashing them with a rolling pin. Pour the crumbs into a medium bowl.
  2. Pour 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter over the crumbs and mix with a fork until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Transfer the crumb mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Press the crumbs firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the dish.
  4. Place the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup creamy peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  6. Gradually beat in 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until creamy and slightly fluffy.
  7. In a separate chilled bowl, whip 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in three additions, being careful not to overmix.
  9. Remove the crust from the fridge and pour the peanut butter filling evenly over the Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  10. Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, until firm.
  11. Remove the pie from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly for easier slicing.

Notes

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to avoid lumps. Use gentle folding to keep whipped cream airy. Chill crust before adding filling to prevent sogginess. Freeze at least 4 hours for best results. Use a warm knife for clean slicing.
