A quick and easy snack of crispy corn ribs seasoned with everything seasoning, cooked to perfection in an air fryer. Perfect for a crunchy, flavorful treat ready in just 20 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 Β½ teaspoons everything seasoning blend
  • Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk threads. Slice each ear lengthwise into 4 to 6 ribs, following the natural curve of the cob.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, everything seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn ribs gently in this mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the corn ribs flat in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Air fry at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 10 minutes, flipping the ribs halfway through using tongs to ensure even browning.
  6. Remove the corn ribs from the air fryer, sprinkle with additional everything seasoning if desired, and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Flip the corn ribs halfway through cooking for even crispiness. Use fresh corn for best results, but thawed frozen corn on the cob can be used. Adjust seasoning to taste and consider adding chili powder for a spicy kick or Parmesan for a cheesy finish.
