  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • About 1 tablespoon olive oil spray or light drizzle

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Pound to an even 1-inch thickness if needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine smoked paprika, dried mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lightly spray or brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning mix generously over chicken, pressing gently to adhere.
