Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, letting the paper hang over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips or wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until mostly melted (about 1 minute 30 seconds). Stir until completely smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick, forming a rough rectangle.
  4. Let the chocolate sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes until tacky but not fully set.
