Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove excess fat if needed.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until onion is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
