A quick, creamy, and protein-packed pink drink that tastes like a treat but fuels your body. Ready in 10 minutes with simple ingredients, this copycat recipe is perfect for busy mornings or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (about 140g)
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries (about 70g)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (240ml)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (about 45 cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Take everything out of the fridge and pantry. Measure your frozen berries, scoop your protein powder, and pour your milk.
  2. Add liquid first: Pour the 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk into the blender.
  3. Add the frozen fruit: Drop in the 1 cup of frozen strawberries and ½ cup of frozen raspberries. Do not thaw them first.
  4. Add the protein powder: Scoop in 1 serving of vanilla protein powder. Sprinkle it evenly over the top of the fruit to prevent clumping.
  5. Add optional ingredients: If using dragon fruit powder, honey, or chia seeds, add them now.
  6. Add ice: Toss in the ½ cup of ice cubes. For a thinner drink, use less ice; for a thicker drink, add more ice.
  7. Blend on low: Start the blender on low speed for about 10 seconds to break up larger pieces.
  8. Scrape down the sides: Stop the blender and use a spatula to scrape down any ingredients stuck to the sides.
  9. Blend on high: Increase to high speed and blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy with no visible chunks.
  10. Check consistency: The drink should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but thin enough to drink through a straw. Adjust with more milk or ice as needed.
  11. Taste and adjust: Taste and add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired. Add a splash of milk if the protein powder flavor is too strong.
  12. Pour and serve: Pour into a tall glass or mason jar. If using chia seeds, stir before drinking. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker drink, use less liquid and more frozen fruit. For a tropical twist, swap half the berries for frozen mango. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add an extra ½ cup of ice. The drink is best fresh; leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours but the texture will change.
