Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Herb Dip: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill and parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well and chill in the fridge. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  2. Make the Smoky Hummus: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, smoked paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (optional) until smooth. Season with salt. Add water if too thick. Transfer to a bowl. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  3. Whip Up the Spicy Salsa: Mix chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes or serve immediately. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  4. Prepare the Fresh Guacamole: Mash avocados with lime juice, minced red onion, chopped cilantro, and salt. Adjust lime juice to keep fresh and vibrant. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  5. Make the Crunchy Tzatziki: Grate cucumber and squeeze out moisture. Combine with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and chill for 10 minutes if possible. (Approx. 5 minutes)
  6. Assemble the Board: Arrange dips in small bowls on a large serving board. Fill spaces with crackers, toasted pita, fresh veggies, cherry tomatoes, mixed nuts or olives. Garnish with fresh herb sprigs and serve immediately.

Notes

If you don’t have a food processor, mash chickpeas and avocados by hand and finely chop herbs and garlic. For vegan options, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond-based yogurts. Store dips in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve dips chilled or at room temperature. Press plastic wrap on guacamole to prevent browning.
