Quick and easy turkey and cheese pinwheel wraps perfect for last-minute snacks, office potlucks, or light lunches. These wraps combine creamy cheese, savory turkey, and soft tortillas rolled into delicious bite-sized spirals.

  • 8 thin turkey slices, deli-style (smoked or oven-roasted)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow), optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes until spreadable.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with garlic powder, chopped fresh parsley (or chives), mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place one 8-inch flour tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  4. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, right up to the edges.
  5. Arrange 4 slices of turkey evenly on top of the cream cheese layer, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle about 2 ounces of shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese evenly over the turkey.
  7. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly but gently into a log to ensure it holds its shape.
  8. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  9. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the roll into 1-inch rounds, aiming for 6 to 8 pieces per wrap.
  10. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

If tortillas crack when rolling, microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Roll tightly but gently to avoid tearing. Chill rolls before slicing for cleaner cuts. Use gluten-free tortillas or dairy-free cheese alternatives for dietary needs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Best served chilled or at room temperature.
