  • Thinly sliced cucumber (1/2 cup / 50 grams)
  • Thinly sliced red bell pepper (1/2 cup / 50 grams)
  • Optional: Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Optional: Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like dill or parsley (1 tablespoon, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: rinse and dry spinach leaves. Thinly slice cucumber and red bell pepper into 1/4 inch strips. Shred carrots or use pre-shredded.
  2. Mix the spread: soften cream cheese in a bowl, stir in Dijon mustard, fresh herbs, and black pepper if using.
  3. Lay out the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  4. Layer turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese, then add spinach leaves, shredded carrots, cucumber strips, and bell pepper slices.
