Creamy, protein-packed overnight oats made with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and protein powder. A quick and easy breakfast that keeps you full and fueled all morning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice (e.g., unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (32g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
  • 1–2 teaspoons (5-10ml) maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. In a jar or small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup together until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder to the jar.
  3. Pour in the milk.
  4. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds, or stir with a whisk until well combined.
  5. Check the consistency; it should be like thick pancake batter. Adjust with more milk or oats if needed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. In the morning, stir and enjoy cold, or microwave for 45-60 seconds if desired.

Notes

For best texture, mix peanut butter with yogurt and a splash of milk first to create a smooth paste. Do not over-shake. If oats are too thick in the morning, stir in 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
