A quick and romantic charcuterie board for two that comes together in just 15 minutes. Perfect for date night or a special evening without the stress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Brie or Camembert
  • 3 oz Aged Cheddar
  • 2 oz Blue Cheese (optional)
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 3 oz Salami
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Olives
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots or Figs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Berries
  • 1 cup Crackers or Crostini
  • 1/2 cup Nuts (toasted almonds or walnuts)
  • Flaky Sea Salt (optional)
  • Fresh Herbs (optional)
  • Dark Chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge 5 minutes before you start to let it come to room temperature.
  2. Place the cheese on the board: brie on the left, cheddar on the right, and blue cheese in the middle if using.
  3. Add the meats: fold prosciutto into loose ribbons and place near the brie; arrange salami slices in a pile or fan.
  4. Fill in with accompaniments: spoon olives into a small bowl, pour honey into another bowl, scatter dried apricots and fresh berries in gaps, and sprinkle nuts in clusters.
  5. Add crackers and crostini in small piles on the outer edges of the board.
  6. Finish with garnishes: sprinkle flaky sea salt over the cheese, add fresh herbs, and tuck dark chocolate next to the berries if using. Drizzle extra honey over the brie if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with small plates and napkins.

Notes

For best flavor, let cheese sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving. Keep crackers separate from moist ingredients to prevent sogginess. The board can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance (without crackers and fresh herbs).
